Evergreen began with a simple table, a cooler, and a vision: to share quality beef with families looking for food they could trust. What started at the Fayetteville Farmers Market quickly grew into something bigger. Week after week, customers showed up not just for beef, but for connection — for a chance to know their farmer and bring home food raised with care.
From those early days, Evergreen Beef Co. laid the foundation for what is now Evergreen Pasture & Provisions, a storefront on the historic square in downtown Berryville. The store is more than a place to shop — it’s a hub for the community. Shelves are filled with meats, dairy, eggs, sourdough, baked goods, seasonal produce, and handcrafted items, all sourced within a 50–75 mile radius. Every product tells the story of a local farm, baker, or maker working hard to serve Northwest Arkansas.
At the heart of Evergreen is a commitment to accessibility and authenticity. By offering a broad range of cuts and price points, the beef program continues to honor its roots while growing to meet demand. Seasonal items rotate with the harvest, while staples like pasture-raised meats and eggs remain steady, creating a balance of freshness and reliability.
The storefront isn’t just about Evergreen’s own farm. It’s about providing an outlet for small producers who might not otherwise have the time, resources, or channels to get their goods to customers. Each partnership strengthens the regional food system, giving families an alternative to mass retailers while ensuring farmers have the stability they need to grow.
Looking ahead, Evergreen is building on this momentum with initiatives like SNAP approval, making fresh, local food more accessible to everyone. And now, Evergreen is taking its next step forward: home delivery across Northwest Arkansas. Families will soon be able to receive beef, pork, chicken, lamb, raw milk and its products, and eggs delivered directly to their doorsteps. Delivery is set to become a monumental part of Evergreen’s growth — bringing good food hassle-free, conveniently, quickly, and ethically to households across the region.
