  • Once your order has been delivered to the address you provide, and placed at the designated drop-off location (such as your front porch), responsibility for the products transfers to you.

  • Evergreen Pasture & Provisions is not liable for the safety or quality of products after delivery has been completed.

  • It is your responsibility to promptly retrieve your order and properly store perishable items (such as meat, milk, and eggs).

  • Evergreen Pasture & Provisions is not responsible for any damage, spoilage, or health risks that may result from products being left unattended after delivery.

  • By purchasing from us, you accept full responsibility for the condition of products once delivery is made.
