2027 Bulk Meat Intake

Evergreen Pasture & Provisions

Stock Your Freezer in 2027

We're opening our interest list for families who want to purchase Evergreen beef in bulk—or stock the freezer with beef, pork and pasture-raised chicken through our brand-new Oink Cluck Moo program.

One of our biggest goals at Evergreen is to make it easier for families to know exactly where their food comes from. Buying meat in bulk is one of the simplest ways to do that while keeping your freezer stocked for months at a time.

Beginning around July 2027, our next group of cattle will begin becoming ready for processing. For the first time, we're planning to offer whole and half beef reservations directly from our farm.

We're also introducing the Oink Cluck Moo—a bulk package combining locally raised beef, pork and pasture-raised chicken into one serious freezer stock-up.

Filling out the form below does not commit you to purchasing and no deposit is required today. This simply puts you on our priority list as we finalize pricing, processing dates and reservations.

A Quick Note About Bulk Meat Weights

Animals don't come off an assembly line, so these numbers are intended to give you a realistic idea of what to expect—not guarantee an exact number of pounds or individual cuts. Final take-home weight depends on the size of the animal, processing loss, bone and fat removal, and how the animal is cut. We'll provide much more specific information before anyone places a deposit or commits to a reservation.
